ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

This statement was last updated on 11/11/2025

At The Ever After Ball Ltd, we are committed to ensuring that our events and online content are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to create magical, inclusive experiences for all children and families, across every venue we visit

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

Our website has been designed with accessibility in mind. We aim to follow best practices and relevant accessibility standards to make our site as easy to use as possible for everyone.

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.2 guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of AAA. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use.

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • Set the language of the site

  • Set the content order of the site’s pages

  • Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

  • Implemented colour combinations that meet the required colour contrast

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site

  • Images include alternative text wherever appropriate

  • Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible

If you experience any difficulty accessing information on our website, please let us know so that we can assist you and continue to improve.

Accessibility Arrangements at Events

We work closely with each of our partner venues to ensure that our events are as accessible as possible. While accessibility facilities vary by location, we make every effort to:

  • Select venues with step-free access where possible.

  • Provide clear information about venue accessibility in advance of each event.

  • Support families who may need specific adjustments or seating arrangements.

If you or your child have any particular accessibility needs, please contact us before your visit and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requirements.
